The Statistics Pane
The Statistics pane is used to provide both an overview and application details of a given station in order to simplify the TrustPort Management administrator's activities. In the pull-down menu in the upper-top part of page it is possible to select among the statistics. Statistics in this version of the TrustPort Management contains overview about versions of installed TrustPort products and TrustPort Antivirus viruses definitions.
When you select required statistic then its graphical representation is displayed in the center of the page. The representation expresses counts of stations with the same value in the statistic. Values from the statistics are displayed on the vertical axis and stations counts are displayed on the horizontal axis. If statistic has not been created for some stations then instead of value the text Stations out of statistic is displayed on the vertical axis. If you click to the value on the vertical axis then it's appeared a window with list of stations containing the same value in the statistic.
The list of stations with the selected value from the statistic is possible to navigate per pages. In the list it's available information about the superior group and the station role in the TrustPort Management ie. if it's server, superagent or ordinary station. You can switch directly into the station Management by clicking on the icon in the right part of stations row.
Statistics are automatically generated in the background. Assembling is proceeded periodically every 15 minutes by default. This value it's possible to change in the policy. Automatic creating of statistics can be switched off with value 0. Assembling of statistics can be started manually too by clicking on Update statistics button. Clicking on this button appears a window that serves for a confirmation if the manual statistic assembling should be proceeded. There is possible to check Proceed complete update of statistics option that cause getting of current data about the stations and their settings. These data are obtained from information stored on the server so it won't requier any further communication with stations. In most cases it isn't necessary to use this option. If this option isn't used then statistics are only reassembled. This option is used during automatic assembling of statistics. If assembling of statistics is proceeded then this option is not available. Assembling of statistics in the network with huge number of stations can consume a longer time. During this time the previous statistics are available only.
Information about the creation date is mentioned under the pull-down list and it's up-to-date to this time only. Count of stations in this statistic is displayed under this time information. In the ideal case there will be the same count as is the count of all stations in the TrustPort Management, or more precisely count of stations belonging to the group if statistics of some group are displayed.
