Objective:
Install a station into the TrustPort Management, if it is set to perform registrations manually.

Procedure:
Use the check box to select which stations to register and perform registration by clicking the
Register selected stations
button. Denying the registration of stations is possible by selecting individual stations and then clicking the
Deny selected stations
button. All stations can be either selected or unselected at once by using the small buttons in the
Select
table header above the individual station check boxes.
Up to the time a station is either registered or denied, it will periodically (the standard being 5 minutes) attempt to verify its registration status. If the registration was allowed, then the station will be assigned to the
Unclassified group
of stations and will automatically inherit the group's policies. On the following verification of registration status a profile of the station is created on the server and its name is removed from the list of registration requests. The station logs in to the server and after another predetermined time interval performs its first synchronization with the server. If the registration request was denied, then the request details are transferred to the list under the
Denied registration requests
tab and from then on it won't be possible to view its status and will appear as inactive.
